EXTERIOR SERVICE for maintenance and/or prevention is our most common call. It consists of complete coverage: all of your siding, the eaves, and your perimeter landscaping up to approximately three feet out from your base. Also with this comes customized service. Examples are: " Watch out for my robin’s nest," "Be careful of my outdoor cat," "Please don’t spray my bird feeder," etc., and the most common request is, "Please don’t spray my windows." No matter what your request may be, it will be done exactly as you want it. Please inform my secretary first. She will write down all of your requests on the invoice. Also, all of our technicians are trained to follow and write down any further requests. From that, our office will type it into your notes file for future reference. We follow as you instruct until you change our direction. Some and/or most things are common sense but we do not assume anything.
You may only need and/or want one service per season. That is fine with us; however, just remember that nothing on the market will work all season long with one spray. You will begin to get them back because spiders and other insects have more than one hatch per season, or they are cyclical. A 60 day guarantee only covers approximately 1/3 of the six month season (April 15th – October 15th). Therefore, let us introduce you to our seasonal plans:
Our Basic Treatment Plan plan includes two exterior maintenance sprays for "general pests" (roughly May – June) first spray and (roughly August – September) second spray. We refer to this as our "Automatic Service."The advantage of using our plans are two–fold. First, you no longer need to remember when you are due for service. We use a computerized pop–up reminder approximately 70 to 80 days after your spray and we will give you a courtesy call. Second, is to save you money! Ask us how!Our Supreme Treatment Plan consists of three exterior maintenance sprays. For general pests, this plan is backed by an all–season guarantee effective from the first service. This plan provides maximum protection (roughly April/early May) for the first spray, then (roughly mid–June/mid–July) for the second spray, and (roughly mid–August/mid–September) for the third spray. This may be customized to meet your needs.
INTERIOR SERVICE is available but not usually necessary if you have taken advantage of our Exterior Service. However, if you are in need of Interior Service, we will gladly treat your home at a fixed rate!
TARGET PESTS are more difficult to eliminate and require treatment with different methods and/or chemicals. While our "general pest" treatments may help reduce the impact target pests have on your home, target pests require special treatment to eliminate them.
NEW SERVICES AVAILABLE: We are now offering Lawn Service Protection (granuals and/or spray)--available all season! We are also featuring a new courtesy service upon request. We will remove all spider webs and paper wasp nests on the first level of your house absolutely free! Any necessary ladder work will be an additional charge. NOTE: All power washing should be done within one week before Exterior Service.
TERMITES AND EMERALD ASH BORER:We offer a wide range of services to choose from. However, Termites and the Emerald Ash Borer are not currently among them. I am presently in the process of getting my license to treat for them. When I am certified I will update and edit this page A.S.A.P. The good news is that we will be able to service you for any other pest that presents itself! Unlike some companies that dictate to the customer how it’s going to be done, we welcome and expect your input. You are our boss.
