I must say upfront that I apologize we are unable to post our price list online. However, we are consistent, fair, and reasonable.
Allow me to squelch rumors of mass price increases. In most cases, the opposite is true. Call us to get your free quote. You’ll be pleasantly surprised! Even with gas, insurance, and chemical costs rising, we are holding the line for you!
A very prominent and successful businessman in the pest control industry said, "Price too high and you’ll get no business; price too low and you’ll go out of business." This quote led me to investigate the best possible and most consistent way to price everyone FAIRLY.
Beware of creative pricing methods such as:
- The Wing it method: "...looks like about...??"
- The "Hangover" or "How I feel today" method.
- The "I think you’re rich so I’ll jack your price" method.
- The "I don’t have a clue so I’ll make something up" method.
- The "I will not be undersold so I will price lower than anyone else until I get them all then I’ll go broke and out of business" method.
- We have set prices for special target pests: roaches, Bed Bugs, fleas, etc., or specialized infestations.
- Prices for the Exterior Service plans are based on the square footage of your home.
- Interior Service will be a set price.
- We offer residential, commercial, and bulk rates.
- We give a price break on a specific or target pest if you are a Supreme Treatment Plan customer. This is one of the advantages of using our services on a regular basis!
