You paid to have a service performed and you deserve your money’s worth. That means no bugs! If you have a reoccurring problem within 60 days (45 days for Green Service) of the date of treatment (with paid invoice), don’t worry. Just call us, explain the situation,and we will re–treat the problem area. You must be happy and bug–free! Our guarantee is your insurance plan to preserve what you paid for. Our guarantee assures you that you will be happy with our services and continue doing business with us!
What is covered under our Guarantee: The general pest called for and over 28 other species of pests within the treated area. For instance, if we provide treatment for "general pests" and you discover a new general pest within 60 days of the service date, your followup treatment is FREE under your maintenance guarantee! The 60 day guarantee also applys to treatment for target pests.
