- Do you offer monthly services?
- Monthly service isn’t necessary. Our products work well past one month which is why we have a 60 day guarantee.
- What is the Basic Treatment Plan?
- Two Exterior Service maintenance treatments for "general pests" per season. Interior Service is not included but optional at an additional fixed-rate charge. Our season runs from April 15, through October 15.
- What is the Supreme Treatment Plan?
- Three Exterior Service maintenance treatments for "general pests" per season. Interior service is not included but optional at additional fixed-rate charge. Our season runs from April 15, through October 15.
- What are the advantages of the Supreme Treatment Plan?
- Three Exterior Service maintenance treatments are recommended for serious infestations of general pests, usually on islands or close to waterways where most insects draw life. It gives you an all–season guarantee starting with the first spray. The other advantage is that we now offer a 10% discount applied on your last treatment. We also give you the option to customize the dates and times of your treatments. Should you decide to let us choose the dates of treatments for you, then the time frame will be late April, July, and early to mid September.
- What is the difference between a "general pest" and a "target pest"?
- Target pests are more difficult to eliminate and require different methods of treatment and/or chemicals than "general pests." Examples of target pests include: Bed Bugs, European and Ground hornets, House flies, Cluster and Drain flies, Pharaoh and Carpenter ants, fleas, Powder Post beetles, East German yellow jackets, Carpenter (or boring) bees, cockroaches and mice.
- Will a maintenance treatment kill some of the target pests?
- Yes, it will help but not enough to make a difference with hard to eliminate pests. If you receive maintenance treatments but also have a problem with target pests, we recommend you schedule Target Pest Service as well.
- Do I get a price break on a target pest if I am a Supreme Treatment Plan customer?
- Yes, absolutely! That is one of the advantages of using our services on a regular basis.
- What does your Interior Service consist of?
- Interior Service consists of a complete baseboard spray, corners, windowsills, under sinks, etc. Interior Service is performed with a hand sprayer. The type and severity of the infestation determines the specific method of treating an actual problem.
