Guarantee
- What is your guarantee?
- You paid to have a service performed and you deserve your money’s worth. That means no bugs! If you continue to have a problem, just call us with the details and we will re–treat the problem area. You must be bug free and happy within the 60 day guarantee period (from the date of treatment, with paid invoice). Our guarantee is your insurance plan to protect what you paid for. Our guarantee is our promise for future business!
- What pests are covered under the guarantee?
- The "general pest" called for and over 28 other species of pests within the treated area. If you have had service for a "target pest," the guarantee applies to the treatment for that pest.
- What pests are not covered under my guarantee?
- That depends on your service agreement and whether you requested a maintenance treatment ("general pest" treatment) or treatment for a specific target pest. The following target pests are not covered under a "general pest" maintenance treatment: Bed Bugs, European and Ground hornets, House flies, Cluster and Drain flies, Pharaoh and Carpenter ants, fleas, Powder Post beetles, East German yellow jackets, Carpenter (or boring) bees, cockroaches and mice. The above mentioned target pests are covered ONLY when treated specifically for them.
- Your chemicals are lethal to target pests too so why no guarantee under maintenance?
- Target pests require a different method to eradicate them. Maintenance treatments only cover a percentage or small portion of that problem.
- You treated my home for Carpenter ants. Are fleas also covered?
- No, each of the specialized target pests requires individual and/or a specific type of treatment or different type of chemical.
- You treated my home for spiders and common ants, both Exterior and Interior Service, and now approximately one month later I discovered Silverfish in my basement. Do I pay again?
- No you sure don’t. A silverfish is a "general pest" and since you paid for Interior Service then your follow–up treatment is free under our maintenance guarantee.
- My guarantee expired one week ago and I don’t want to pay for a full treatment again. Could you just spot treat a few small places?
- Sorry, no. The chemicals we use are the strongest chemicals in the industry and have a 60 day guarantee. When their effectiveness wears off you may need to schedule another maintenance treatment.
- I have three days left on my guarantee and I see spiders again. Will you re–spray the entire house again?
- We can’t spray your entire house again but will be there as promptly as possible to spot–treat the spiders since you called within the guarantee period. If you request complete coverage there will be a maintenance treatment charge.
- Where did you come up with a limit of 60 days for the guarantee?
- We back the manufactures’ guarantees of 60 days although treatment generally lasts longer.
